CRAISEE offers four plans: Chat (free forever with unlimited AI conversations), Starter ($9.99/month with 10 AI videos and 100 images), Creator ($24.99/month with 30 AI videos and 500 images, plus AI Master Certificate), and Pro ($79.99/month with 80 AI videos and 8,000 images). How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade from the Subscription page (/subscription/pricing) or your Profile. Choose between Starter and Pro plans, with monthly or yearly billing (save 17% with yearly). All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Chat & Creation
How does the chat feature work?
The chat interface on the Create page allows you to interact with AI naturally. Simply type what you want to create, and the AI will understand your intent and generate the appropriate content. You can upload images, describe videos you want, request code, or ask for text generation. The chat remembers your conversation context and can build upon previous messages.
Can I upload files in the chat?
Yes! You can upload images, videos, and other files directly in the chat interface. Uploaded files can be used as references for image-to-image generation, video creation, or as context for your requests. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, MP4, and more.
How do I create videos using chat?
Simply describe the video you want in the chat. For example, 'Create a 10-second video of a sunset over mountains' or 'Make a video from this image'. The AI will automatically select the best video model and generate your video. You can specify duration, aspect ratio, and other parameters in your prompt or through the model settings.
What's the difference between chat and direct model selection?
Chat mode uses AI to understand your intent and automatically selects the best model and settings. Direct model selection gives you full control - you choose the exact model, configure all parameters, and generate content. Chat is great for quick creation, while direct selection is ideal for specific requirements.
Can I regenerate or modify generated content?
Yes! You can regenerate content with different variations, modify prompts, adjust settings, and iterate on your creations. The chat interface allows you to refine your requests based on previous outputs, making it easy to perfect your content.
Video Creation
How do I create videos?
You can create videos in three ways: 1) Use chat - describe your video idea naturally. 2) Use the video generation tool - select a video model, enter a prompt, upload an optional starting image, set duration and aspect ratio, then generate. 3) Use image-to-video - upload an image and animate it into a video.
What video formats and resolutions are supported?
Most models support common aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) and resolutions up to 1080p. Video duration varies by model - some support 4-8 seconds, others up to 10 seconds or more. Check individual model pages for specific capabilities.
Can I create videos from images?
Yes! Many video models support image-to-video generation. Upload an image in the chat or video creation interface, and the model will animate it. This is great for bringing static images to life or creating consistent video sequences.
How long does video generation take?
Video generation typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on the model, duration, and resolution. Faster models like Veo-3-fast can generate videos in under 2 minutes, while higher-quality models may take longer. You'll see progress updates during generation.
Can I control video motion and style?
Yes! Many models support parameters like motion strength, style prompts, and camera movements. You can specify these in your prompt (e.g., 'slow pan', 'zoom in', 'cinematic') or adjust model-specific settings. Check each model's documentation for available controls.
Image Creation
How do I create images?
Create images by: 1) Using chat - describe what you want. 2) Selecting an image model - browse models on Explore, select one, enter your prompt, set aspect ratio and resolution, then generate. 3) Image-to-image - upload a reference image and modify it with prompts.
What image resolutions are available?
Most models support resolutions from 512x512 up to 2048x2048 or higher, depending on the model. Common aspect ratios include 1:1 (square), 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (portrait), and custom ratios. All resolutions are included in your monthly allocation.
Can I use reference images?
Yes! Many image models support image-to-image generation. Upload a reference image and describe how you want to modify it. You can control the strength of the transformation - from subtle edits to complete reimagining.
How do I create consistent character or style?
Use seed values to maintain consistency, or use the same prompt with slight variations. Some models support style references - upload example images to guide the generation. For character consistency, use detailed descriptions and maintain similar prompts.

How do I create audio or music?
You can create audio and music by selecting an audio model from the Explore page, entering a prompt describing the sound or music you want, setting parameters like duration and style, then generating. Some models support text-to-music, while others can generate sound effects or voice synthesis.
What audio formats are supported?
Most audio models generate files in common formats like MP3 or WAV. Check individual model pages for specific format support and quality options. You can typically download generated audio in your preferred format.
Can I create music from text descriptions?
Yes! Many audio models support text-to-music generation. Simply describe the type of music you want (e.g., 'upbeat electronic dance music', 'calm acoustic guitar melody') and the model will generate it. You can specify genre, mood, tempo, and other musical elements.

How do I select and use AI models?
You can browse models in two ways: 1) Use the Explore page (/explore) to browse by category (Text, Image, Video, Audio), filter by features, and see model details. 2) Use the Model Directory (/model-directory) for a comprehensive list. Click any model to see its details, examples, and use it directly in the Create page.
What's the difference between models?
Each model has unique strengths: some excel at photorealism, others at artistic styles, some support longer videos, others are faster. Models also differ in supported resolutions, aspect ratios, and special features. Check each model's info panel to see its capabilities, pricing, and example outputs.
Can I use multiple models in one project?
Yes! You can use different models for different steps. For example, generate an image with one model, then animate it with a video model. The chat interface can orchestrate multi-model workflows automatically, or you can manually chain models together.
How do I know which model to choose?
Use the Explore page filters to find models by use case, quality, speed, or features. Each model page shows example outputs, supported parameters, and use case recommendations. For beginners, start with 'auto' mode in chat - the AI will select the best model for your request.
How do model allocations work?
Your plan includes a monthly allocation of videos and images. Starter includes 10 videos and 100 images, Creator includes 30 videos and 500 images, and Pro includes 80 videos and 8,000 images per month. All models within each category count against your allocation. Chat is always free and unlimited on all plans.

What is the Explore page?
The Explore page (/explore) is your gateway to discovering AI models. Browse models by category (Text, Image, Video, Audio), see trending models, filter by features, and discover new capabilities. Each model card shows previews, ratings, and quick access to use it.
How do I find the right model for my needs?
Use Explore filters: filter by content type, sort by popularity or rating, search by keywords, or browse featured collections. Each model page shows detailed information, example outputs, supported parameters, and use case recommendations.
What is the Learn section?
The Learn section (/learn) contains tutorials, guides, news, and educational content about AI creation. Learn best practices, discover new techniques, stay updated with AI developments, and find inspiration for your projects.
Are there tutorials for beginners?
Yes! The Learn section includes step-by-step tutorials covering everything from basic creation to advanced workflows. Topics include prompt engineering, model selection, workflow optimization, and creative techniques. Check /learn?tab=tutorials for all tutorials.
How do I stay updated with new models and features?
Visit the Learn section's News tab (/learn?tab=news) for updates on new models, features, and platform improvements. You can also browse the Explore page's 'New' filter to see recently added models, or check trending models for popular additions.
Connect & Community
What is Connect?
Connect (/connect) is CRAISEE's community platform where creators share their work, discover inspiration, and connect with others. Share your creations, browse community galleries, follow creators, and engage with the community.
How do I share my creations?
After generating content, you can share it directly to Connect. Set visibility to 'public' when creating, or share existing creations from your assets page. Add descriptions, tags, and engage with the community through comments and likes.
Can I follow other creators?
Yes! Browse creators on the Connect page, visit their profiles to see their work, and follow them to see their latest creations in your feed. You can also discover creators through categories and trending content.
What are categories in Connect?
Categories help organize content by type (Images, Videos, Music, etc.) or theme. Browse categories to find specific types of content, or create posts in relevant categories to reach interested audiences.
How do I interact with community content?
Like posts you enjoy, comment to provide feedback or ask questions, and share posts you find inspiring. You can also save posts to your collections for later reference. Engaging with content helps creators and helps you discover more relevant content.
Account & Billing
How do I manage my subscription?
Visit the Subscription page (/subscription/billing) to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, manage billing information, and view usage history. All changes take effect immediately, and you'll receive email confirmations for any updates.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all features until then. No cancellation fees apply.
Do my monthly allocations roll over?
Monthly video and image allocations reset on your billing date each month. Unused allocations do not carry over to the next month. Chat conversations are always unlimited and never expire. Check your Profile or Subscription page to see your current usage and remaining allocations.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Check the pricing page for available payment options in your area.
Can I get a refund?
All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support@craisee.com for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and continue using your plan until the end of your billing period.

I'm experiencing a bug. How do I report it?
Use the bug reporting tool accessible via the feedback button in the interface, or submit a support ticket through the Help Center page (/help-center). Include screenshots, describe what happened, steps to reproduce, and your browser/device information for faster resolution.
How do I check the status of my bug report?
Bug reports are tracked in our system, and you'll receive email updates when your report status changes. You can also check your submitted reports in your account dashboard under the Support section.
What information should I include in a bug report?
Include: what you were trying to do, what actually happened, steps to reproduce the issue, your browser/device info, any error messages, and screenshots or screen recordings if possible. The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue.
How do I contact support?
You can contact support through the Help Center page (/help-center) by submitting a support request form. For urgent issues, email support@craisee.com. Response times vary by plan - Pro and Enterprise users receive priority support.
What browsers are supported?
CRAISEE works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Some features may have limited support on older browsers.
Privacy & Security
Is my content private?
Yes! All your projects, prompts, and generated assets are private by default. We do not publicly display, share, or train on your creations unless you explicitly choose to share them. Your privacy and creative ownership are core to our platform.
Does CRAISEE use my data to train AI models?
No. CRAISEE does not use your prompts or outputs to train or retrain any AI models. Some underlying model providers may collect limited, anonymized metadata for system improvement or abuse prevention, but your creative content remains private.
Who owns the content I create?
You own the rights to your input (prompts, uploaded files) and to the outputs (generated assets) created through CRAISEE, subject to each model's license terms. CRAISEE does not claim ownership of your content.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes, you may use, modify, publish, and sell your generated content for commercial purposes, as long as your use complies with our Terms of Use and the specific license of the underlying model used. Most models grant full commercial rights, but check model info for any restrictions.
How secure is my account?
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your account credentials are encrypted and never shared. Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.
